Czech Republic based Festka Zero frame is built on tubes from EM Tubes developed specifically for cycling applications by Festka. The carbon lugs are made in the Festka workshop, allowing for the entire production process to be under a unique level of control. Festka is able to produce the frame exactly to the specifications of each rider. This means that they may influence everything from stiffness, weight, and comfort.

The frame is available in three versions. Standard - a basic balanced model, Race has 30% more carbon fiber, making it very tough and suitable for racing use and Divan that is using a unique technology of tubes which absorb vibration. The tubes contain elastomers that absorb vibrations while do not subtract the strength and stiffness of the frame.
