This bright green Trek Speed Concept belongs to Jake Jendusa. His Speed Concept was designed with Trek’s Project One custom bike program which means that this SRAM powered machine is truly customized to his specifications. This is one of the rare bikes that is still made in the United States– in Jake’s homestate of Wisconsin.

Trek Speed Concept
This vibrant green Trek Speed Concept has 650c wheels. The rear wheel is a Zipp 650c 840 tubular disc and the front is a Zipp 404 tubular wheel. Both wheels have Vittoria Open Corsa Evo CX tubular tires mounted on them.
A Clean Front-end
The front of the Speed Concept is extremely clean. You're going to have hard time achieving a cleaner setup than this. This front-end features Bontrager's Proprietary Cockpit with SRAM R2C Shifters. Jake uses a Profile Design HC Mount between bars for races.
55T SRAM Chainring
Jake rides a 55/39 Crank to help compensate for the 650c Wheels. The SRAM aero ring has another benefit besides being more aerodynamic– it also adds stiffness. He uses 165mm crank arms to ensure an efficient cadence
Seat Clamp
The clamp to adjust saddle height is easy to get to-- making adjustments an easy thing to do. You can also see the Trek Kamm Tail that the company boasts so highly about.
Rear Derailleur
Jake runs SRAM Red Black.
Trek Speed Concept
Yup, this is a Speed Concept.
Non-Drive Side View
A non-drive side view offers an additional glimpse of this very thought out time trial bike.
Project One
This Speed Concept is a Trek Project One bike. That means that Jake was able to pick every component and even the bikes color scheme out.
